I was commissioned to create 4 wearable cars that would be suitable to be worn for the duration of the show.
They were received with great excitement and laughter as was intended.

Requested by the designer, Sarah Aldrich to create the costume items for a couple of fancy dress party scenes.
Created R2D2 from a bin and a Wok and painted the C3PO costume, along with an Octopus for ‘Mike Johnson’ in a costume made from several morph suits in purple with felt details of orange suckers, the head was paper-mâché.
(I still have the shirt worn by the actor playing R2D2 in my costume collection.)

Stunt Props – Fake Golf Club, Vase for braking and reuse.
In this case, I had to create a fake golf club for safety so that if the actor did make contact the damage would be minimized to the best of my ability.
I also had to make a vase get smashed each night with a painted metal vase and some broken bits in the box.
Fat Suit and built like a tank “Gown”
I also created the fat suit and Gown that made the actor look as though she had much bigger hips than she really had. the gown was fitted to work with the suit and make her look even bigger as required in the script.

Production design for a Low budget WWII period feature film done in spare time for ANZAC RSA fundraising.
Over the years I have been making, collecting and sourcing various prop and costume items for use in productions. A number of items that can be rented for a small cost which helps cover costs of storage and laundry.
I am happy to work on a budget for a product, with a pre arranged budget for the production we can allocate resources for the best production values possible.
If you are a charity or non profit organization I will see what I can do for you.
As long as ALL the items are returned in good order there will be no further costs, however if there is any damage or loss a charge will be applied. Just remember if you damage it you need to fix it or replace it with a like quality product with in 30 days of loss or damages are reported or an invoice for the cost will be produced to pay for the damage and/or loss.
All items remain the property of Sean Hurst Design unless otherwise arranged and no further breakdown or art finishing can de done without the express approval of Sean Hurst Design.
I can make custom items from parts of a costume to entire body suits/Fat suits, or the entire costume, in a mixture of media.
